Anya Groner
Anya Groner is an award-winning journalist and writer. Her essays are featured in Guernica, The New York Times, The Oxford American, Orion Magazine and The Atlantic, and her audio reporting and production can be heard in Monument Lab’s podcast Plot of Land and forthcoming in WWNO/WRKF's Sea Change podcast. She’s taught storytelling in high schools, colleges, and professional settings, including at public health conferences and to immigration lawyers, and encourages students to pursue their curiosity wherever it may take them. She lives in New Orleans with her husband, children, and dogs.
